In our daily work we have an extremely important objective. We try to find the right balance between the needs of business and the sensitivity to improve the environment that we live in.
The first step toward reaching this objective is sensitising our employees by turning over about 2,500 m² of the area around the company to the cultivation of biological agriculture.
This land has been equipped with a greenhouse, a zone cultivated as a kitchen garden and an orchard. These plots are cultivated with certified untreated biological seeds that are fertilised with completely natural products in full respect of the surrounding environment.
The products obtained from these processes are placed at the disposal of our employees as a sign of gratitude for the efforts that they make. They also act as a stimulus for the ongoing collaboration and participation, two essential principles for constant professional growth.
